Wander and Root Nature School
Wander & Root Nature School offers strengths-based, playful outdoor learning experiences for children ages 4–11. Our Nature School, Natural Leaders Club, and Summer Adventures programs cultivate joy, resilience, leadership, and curiosity through child-led exploration, hands-on learning, and deep connection to the natural world. All programs are rooted in forest school and place-based education philosophies and take place outdoors in all safe weather. Scholarships are available thanks to generous community donors, with priority given to local families and those experiencing financial need.
