How to Open a New Homeschool in North Carolina

To file your Notice of Intent (NOI) to operate a Home School in North Carolina you will need:

• Proof of at least a High School Diploma or it's equivalent.
• Choose a school name

•Decide Religious or non-Religious 

Once NOI is submitted and approved you must maintain these things:

• Attendance Record

• Immunization Records

• 1 Nationally Standardized Achievement Test each year
